How do I choose the right bra size?
Use our Size Guide to find your perfect fit. Measure your underbust and bust with a tape, then match to our S/M/L/XL chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp with your current bra brand and size — we'll find your match.
How do I measure myself for the right bra size?
Step 1 — Underbust: Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just below your bust. Keep it level and note the number in inches.
Step 2 — Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape straight across your back.
Step 3 — Find your cup: Subtract your underbust from your bust measurement. Every 1-inch difference equals one cup size (1" = A, 2" = B, 3" = C, 4" = D).

What if I don't have a measuring tape?
No worries! You can use a piece of string or ribbon — wrap it around your body, mark where it meets, then measure the string against a ruler or scale. Alternatively, message us on WhatsApp with your current bra brand and size, and we'll help you find the equivalent BareNue size.
How should I wash and care for my bras?
For the longest life, hand wash your bras in cold water with a mild detergent. Gently squeeze out excess water — never wring or twist. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid using a dryer, as heat can damage the elastic and shape. We recommend rotating between at least 2–3 bras so each one gets a day of rest between wears.
How long do BareNue bras last?
With proper care, our bras are designed to last 6–12 months of regular wear. The fabric (90% Polyamide, 10% Elastane) is engineered for durability and shape retention even after multiple washes. Signs it's time to replace: the band rides up, straps slip frequently, or the fabric has lost its stretch.

Is my packaging discreet?
Absolutely. Every BareNue order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no product descriptions visible on the outside. Your privacy matters to us — nobody will know what's inside except you.
What is your returns and exchange policy?
Bras can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery — unused, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners intact. Panties, underwear, shapewear, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless defective). To start a return, sign into your account and visit the Orders page. How do I return or exchange a product?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for bras. The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and hygiene liners intact. To start a return: sign into your account, go to your Orders, select the order, and submit a return request. We arrange a free home pickup. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.
Please note: Panties, underwear, bodysuits, shapewear, nipple pasties, and body tape are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless defective).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available across India. All online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders above ₹3,000 ship free across India. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Metro cities: 2–4 days, standard cities: 3–7 days, remote areas: 10–14 days. All orders ship within 1–2 business days and include a tracking link via email and SMS. Cash on Delivery is also available.
