At BareNue we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please read the policy below.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and hygiene liners intact.
How to initiate a return
- Sign in to your BareNue account and go to Orders.
- Select the order and click Request Return (or use the Returns page link on the site).
- Follow the on-screen steps to submit a return request. Our team will confirm pickup instructions.
Pickup & Shipping
Home collection will be arranged by BareNue. Shipping charges paid at the time of delivery are not refundable except when the item is defective or incorrect (subject to verification).
Refund Method & Timing
- Refunds for card/wallet/UPI/net banking payments will be credited back to the original source of payment.
- Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed to the bank account details you provide.
- Refund processing will begin once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days from pickup, and may take up to 7 working days to show in your account depending on your bank.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are permitted for wrong size or wrong color, provided the item is in original condition with hygiene standards maintained.
Exchange approvals generally take up to 2 business days. Once approved, exchange delivery is completed within approximately 7 days.
Items excluded from returns
For hygiene and safety reasons the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Panties / Underwear / Briefs
- Bodysuits, shapewear, tummy-tuck garments
- Nipple pasties, boob tape, and other sealed hygiene items
- Camel Toe Hider
- Any product with a broken hygiene seal
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact BareNue customer care immediately and we will arrange a return/exchange at no extra shipping cost after verification.
Other Terms
Refund amounts will not include any shipping fees or other charges unless the return is due to a defect/incorrect delivery accepted by BareNue after verification.
