Shipping Areas & Availability

We currently ship across India. Shipping to remote locations may take longer than estimated. If an address is outside our delivery area we will contact you to arrange alternatives or cancel the order with a full refund.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During sale periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer and will be communicated on the product page or during checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted courier partners to deliver orders. Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: up to 10–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates — actual delivery may vary due to courier schedules, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and delivery location. Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions — any such offer will be detailed on the product page or checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking link to monitor the shipment. If you have trouble tracking your order, please contact us at customercare@barenue.in.

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If a courier attempts delivery and the address is incorrect or unreachable, the courier may return the parcel to us. For returned parcels due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery unless the return was due to our error or a defective/incorrect item.

International Shipping

At present BareNue ships only within India. If you require international shipping, please contact our support team and we will advise if we can arrange a bespoke solution (additional charges and customs duties may apply).

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For domestic shipments within India, product prices shown include applicable taxes. For any future international shipments, customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your items on delivery. If an item arrives damaged, or if an item is missing from your order, email customercare@barenue.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
