4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at checkout using the available payment methods. BareNue does not store your payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timelines provided at checkout. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors. BareNue is not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene policies. Returns and exchanges are accepted only if:

The product is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products: For hygiene reasons, certain products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Specifically, the Camel Toe Hider is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval of the returned product.
